Microsoft's Bing search platform has been updated for Windows Mobile phones and for desktop PCs. One of the biggest changes – the ability to search the internet by speaking – is apparently only available for users in the USA, although changing the region settings from "United Kingdom" to "United States" enables UK users to search by voice as well.
