Shazam adds 15 million new users in six months

Music identification service Shazam has grown from 20 million users to 35 million worldwide in the last six months. As well as offering a platform-independent service that identifies a song when you call 2580 in the UK, it’s also available via an application on a number of mobile devices – which has led to over a million tracks now being tagged every day across the world.
