New focus on 'connected devices'
Mozilla has said it’ll stop producing smartphones based on its Firefox operating system. However, it will continue its research into other connected devices.

Mozilla, the company behind the Firefox browser and Firefox mobile OS, has appointed Chris Beard as CEO.
He’d been the company’s interim CEO since April after Brendan Eich stepped down.
