Texting banned during town council meetings

Here's a prime candidate for those "And finally..." stories we end our podcasts with. Selectman Bob Correnti proposed the ban after apparently receiving a complaint from a resident about his colleague Marc Lombardo. Mr Lombardo responded by dismissing the complaint as "not true", calling the move "political posturing". [Source: LowellSun.com]
