Last week a High Court judge - the Honourable Mr Justice Arnold - ordered an injunction against a number of HTC devices being sold in the UK. It follows a court decision that various HTC products were infringing on a patent held by Nokia.
HTC was allowed to keep selling the flagship HTC One because of its importance to the company and the potential damage a sales ban could cause, although other HTC handsets including the HTC One mini were to be banned from sale after 6th December.
However, an appeal by HTC has now resulted in the injunction being stayed until 12th December 2013.

Update: Thursday 12th December: It's reported that the Court of Appeal has granted a further stay on the injunction.
The company is quoted as saying "We will immediately resume shipment of all of our devices into the UK, including the entire HTC One family. Similarly, our customers should feel confident in their ability to promote and sell all HTC devices."
