Flash Networks works with mobile networks including Orange, SingTel, MTS, T-Mobile, SK Telecom and Telekom Austria, while Mobixell’s clients include Verizon, Vodafone, Bharti, Orange, XLcom, TIM and Telefonica.

The deal, which is expected to be completed this month, will give the combined company a client portfolio that serves over a billion end-users worldwide.

Liam Galin, President and CEO of Flash Networks, said “With the ever growing demand for our offering, this collaborative venture is an important step in establishing our dominance in the global market.
