The much-rumoured Google Nexus S smartphone has been officially confirmed by Google. It’ll run version 2.3 of the Android platform (Gingerbread) and is equipped with a 1GHz Hummingbird processor and 16GB of memory. The phone, which has a curved 4-inch anti-fingerprint touchscreen, is also equipped with NFC capability.
Google’s Nexus S will launch exclusively from 20th December in the UK at The Carphone Warehouse and Best Buy.
