PayPal hits Google with lawsuit

PayPal has filed a lawsuit against Google and two former PayPal employees who now work there. It’s claiming the misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and a number of other complaints.

One of the specific claims is that a former PayPal member of staff who’d been working on a project with Google took trade secrets with him when he left PayPal in January and joined Google.
