Terminal 5 of London Heathrow airport is being rebranded by Samsung for the next two weeks. From today, Samsung has arranged to brand the terminal as ‘Terminal Samsung Galaxy S5’.

The deal, arranged by JCDecaux in conjunction with Cheil UK and Rapport, will see Samsung’s name on the airport signage, website and digital screens. Customers will also be encouraged to try the phone at Dixons Travel stores within the terminal.

Russell Taylor, Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Samsung Electronics UK & Ireland, said “We are always looking for ways to maximise brand impact and this activity is testament to that. The partnership with Heathrow Airport and JCDecaux Airport was a one-off opportunity to push the boundaries like no other brand has been allowed to do before.”
