Good Technology, which enables businesses to implement ‘bring your own device’ solutions, has agreed to acquire California-based AppCentral. AppCentral creates products that allow organisations to distribute, manage, and secure their mobile applications.
AppCentral’s ‘app wrapping’ capability will enhance the services already offered as part of the Good Dynamics platform. Developers and software vendors will now have a choice of adding an application security ‘wrapper’ without code integration or integrating Good Dynamics security libraries directly into their application code.
