Samsung Tomorrow, the official blog of Samsung Electronics, has published an internal memo regarding the recent patent case in the USA.
It starts by saying “we initially proposed to negotiate with Apple instead of going to court” but “Apple pressed on with a lawsuit”.
The memo goes on to describe the company as being “very disappointed by the verdict”, noting that “we will continue to do our utmost until our arguments have been accepted”.
Finally, the company says it hopes that consumers “will side with those who prioritize innovation over litigation”.
