With the UK partnership between Orange and T-Mobile just weeks away from being completed, T-Mobile USA says it's looking at the possibilities of a joint venture.
T-Mobile's US operation, which is the country's fourth-largest network, is reported to be considering joint ventures with cable companies and other network providers. However, the company's CEO said it was "not looking at how you change the configuration of the US market".
