Antenna manufacturer sues ten mobile manufacturers over patents

Spanish antenna manufacturer Fractus, which recently celebrated the production of 20 million units within the last 10 years, is suing ten mobile phone manufacturers for patent infringement. It’s named Samsung, LG, RIM, Pantech, Kyocera, Palm, HTC, Sharp, UTStarcom and Sanyo in its legal action, which was filed in Texas. [Press release]
