Acer launching Android smartphone this year
Computer manufacturer Acer has confirmed rumours that it’ll add the Android operating system to its smartphone range earlier this year. The company revealed a series of Windows-powered smartphones in February and aims to have 6-7% of the global smartphone market by 2012-2013. [Source: Reuters.com]
