Redstone Telecom bought by Daisy Group

Business-focussed telecoms company Daisy Group plc has agreed to buy Redstone plc’s telecommunications business for £17 million. This will give it the fixed-line Redstone Telecom business and the Symphony Holdings ‘Redstone Mobile’ service provision and distribution business. It’s the company’s third acquisition in under two weeks; earlier this month it bought AT Communications and Eurotel. [Sources: MandAdeals.co.uk; Mobile News; Reuters.com]
