US customers love the iPhone 3GS – but not its network

A survey by RBC Capital Markets and IQ ChangeWave of 200 consumers in the USA has revealed that 99% of them are satisfied with their Apple iPhone 3GS. In fact, 82% said they were “very satisfied” – and 94% said the product met or exceeded their expectations.

The touch-sensitive screen was the favourite feature, ranked top by 45% of consumers. When asked what they disliked about the product, 55% said it was the AT&T network. 41% complained about battery life and 8% about corporate IT support. [Sources: AppleInsider.com; Wired.com]
