“What’s 4G?”, say almost half of mobile users

A new report from researchers at Yankee Group suggests that consumers need more education about mobile internet technology. 60% of people surveyed by the company said they were interested in mobile internet access but only 3% said they were “anxiously awaiting 4G” and 43% said they’d heard of “4G” but didn’t understand what it was.
