Almost a third of US mobile users now go online with their phones
31% of mobile phone owners in the USA browse the mobile web at least once a month, according to the “Best of the Anywhere Web 2009” report from Yankee Group. It says news, search and weather are the most popular destinations and commends Google.com, Yahoo.com and MLB.com for their mobile sites. [Press release]
