SMS question/answer service changes its name from AQA to 63336

AQA 63336, which answers questions by text message for 98p per SMS in the UK, has changed its name to 63336. The service was launched in 2004 as AQA (Any Question Answered), became AQA 63336 in 2007 and is now simply 63336. 63336 is the SMS shortcode used by the company in the UK.

This change of name will be followed by a TV advertisement called "I am one of the 63336". The service works through a combination of a database of stored answers and human researchers. In the last five years it has answered over 20 million questions from 2.2 million customers. [Press release]
