Garmin-Asus nüvifone smartphone family keeps growing

garmin asusGarmin-Asus, the Garmin and ASUSTeK mobile phone partnership, has announced new Garmin-Asus nüvifone A50 and M10 handsets.

The A50 is a touch-screen Android-powered smartphone that includes Garmin's turn-by-turn, voice prompted navigation as well as geo-location options for email, text messaging and photos. It has a 3.5-inch HVGA touch-screen display, a 3-megapixel camera, 4GB of internal storage and a microSD slot. The nuvifone A50 is expected to be available in Europe in the first half of 2010.

The Garmin-Asus M10 is a touch-screen smartphone that runs Windows Mobile 6.5.3. It's also expected to be available in Europe for summer 2010.
