Microsoft 'project pink' smartphone launch expected next week

An official announcement about Microsoft's long-awaited and much-rumoured 'project pink' smartphones is expected next Monday. The handsets are likely to be updated versions of the Danger Hiptop/Sidekick smartphone – the company was bought by Microsoft in 2008 – and will probably only be available in the USA initially.
