French iPhone exclusivity ruling upheld

Last week the Paris Appeal Court confirmed the French competition commission's ruling from December that Orange wasn't allowed an exclusive 5-year deal to sell the 3G Apple iPhone. France Telecom, owner of the Orange brand, is now appealing to the Cour de Cassation, France’s highest court. [Sources: FT.com; iPhonesTalk.com; Reuters.com]
