Vertu launches its first touchscreen smartphone

Luxury mobile phone brand Vertu has launched its first touchscreen handset. It’s called the Vertu Constellation - a product name that was originally used five years ago - and is a Symbian-based smartphone with a 3.5-inch display. On the back is an 8 megapixel camera.

Perry Oosting, President of Vertu, said “We are delighted to showcase our first touchscreen handset in London, enabling us to fully share our exceptional passion and expertise in mobile phones, craftsmanship and exclusive services with one of the most important and discerning markets in the world. We are pleased to be able to celebrate our first touchscreen phone, Constellation with our friends of the brand in London.”
