Samsung reported to be dropping its demand for European ban on Apple sales

It’s reported that Samsung is no longer seeking a ban on the sale of Apple products in the UK and a number of other countries across Europe. Samsung was claiming that Apple had used a number of its ‘standard essential’ wireless technology patents without permission, while Apple said Samsung hadn’t offered to license the patents on fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms.

However, there’s no indication that Samsung has dropped the compensation claims associated with the legal action.
