BlackBerry has announced a deal with Microsoft to bring the BBM BlackBerry Messenger application to Windows Phone 8. The new Windows Phone BBM app will offer features including BBM Chats, BBM Feeds and group messaging.
Launched in 2005, BBM is now used by more than 85 million monthly active users worldwide.

BBM on Windows Phone brings our customers the secure, easy-to-use messaging experience they demand, and we expect that new features will roll out in the months to come.”
