Orange updates its 'pay as you go' tariffs

UK network Orange has updated its animal-themed 'pay as you go' tariffs to offer more value.

The Monkey price plan, which delivers music over the phone and online, now offers a text and internet allowance for a £5 minimum monthly top-up.

Camel customers will now receive free international calling minutes when they top up £10 per month. The company's also trialling a 'pay monthly' version of the tariff.

Canary now comes with additional free evening and weekend texts and photo messages with a £10 monthly top-up.

Racoon now has a 12p per minute flat-rate call charge.

Pippa Dunn, Vice President of Orange Propositions, said "We have enhanced our Pay As You Go animal packages to ensure we meet our customers’ changing needs and continuously provide good value. We are committed to offering customers packages that are tailored to their specific lifestyles – from music to free international calls."
