Over three-quarters of UK iPhone users use mobile email

Digital research company comScore has just published some data about Apple iPhone users in the UK. Apparently iPhone users are much more likely to browse the web or use mobile email compared with other smartphone users. In fact, they’re much more likely to do anything online using their handset: 80% accessed online news or information, 75% accessed email and 55% did social networking. When it comes to demographics, 75% of UK iPhone users are male, compared with 65% of all smartphone owners. [Press release]
