Around half a million T-Mobile UK customers overcharged after voicemail problem

T-Mobile has confirmed that around 4% of its UK customers have been overcharged due to a problem with its billing system. Calls diverted to the T-Mobile voicemail service were charged in error, with ‘ghost calls’ appearing on customers’ bills.

The company has apologised and says a refund will automatically appear on the next bill of any customer who’s been affected.
