Mobile security specialist Good Technology plans an Initial Public Offering

Mobile security solution specialist Good Technology has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering (IPO).

However, it’s not confirmed how much the company will be valued at for this stock market flotation. The number and price of shares will be announced in the future.

Good Technology was bought by Motorola in 2006 and was later sold to email provider Visto in 2009. It appointed Christy Wyatt as CEO last year.
