Lenovo will stop branding mobile phones as 'Motorola' later this year, according to a report on CNET.
Apparently the mobile phones will now be described as 'Moto by Lenovo', although the Motorola name will remain as a division of Lenovo.
Finnish mobile company Jolla says it has completed its latest investment round and has secured new financing for the company.
It follows an announcement in November, when co-founder Antti Saarnio described the company as being in a “death valley”.

First Chief Operating Officer since Tim Cook
Apple has named Jeff Williams as its new Chief Operating Officer.
The role was previously held by Tim Cook until his promotion to CEO in 2011.

New focus on 'connected devices'
Mozilla has said it’ll stop producing smartphones based on its Firefox operating system. However, it will continue its research into other connected devices.
The announcement was made at a developer event earlier this week.
