Unified communications provider Daisy Group has acquired NEG MBO Two Ltd for £23.5 million. NEG, which provides communications services to GPs and other healthcare professionals, is best known for its Surgery Line brand.
The news comes just a month after Daisy announced plans to buy SpiriTel for £27.3 million.
