It’s been a week of App Store news. First came The Carphone Warehouse with SnappLife. Then we heard from Java about the Java Store. Now Strategy Analytics tells us that the Apple App Store captured a 12% share of the worldwide mobile applications market last year. However, it says the company earned significantly less than 12% of mobile applications store revenue because competition between developers has pushed prices down.
