Last month Motorola claimed that Apple had infringed 18 of its patents, later asking for a number of Apple's patents to be invalidated.
So it's no surprise to hear that Apple has just launched two lawsuits claiming Motorola's Android phones infringe a number of Apple patents, including the patent for its 'multi-touch' screen.
