Apple has stopped selling the iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 devices through its German online store, along with 3G-equipped iPads. WiFi-only iPad devices and the iPhone 4S are not affected; retailers with existing stock are also unaffected.

The move appears to be the result of an injunction won by Motorola Mobility in December. No action was taken at the time because it was necessary for Motorola Mobility to pay a 100 million Euro bond before the injunction could be enforced. Apple plans to appeal.

In addition, Motorola Mobility has won a court injunction in Germany today against the ‘push’ email feature that’s used in the Apple iCloud service.

[UPDATE: Apple has apparently appealed against the decision, which has resulted in the products going on sale again]
