Apple responds to Nokia's legal action with a countersuit
In October we reported that Nokia was taking legal action against Apple for allegedly infringing ten of Nokia's patents with the iPhone. Now – as a number of people thought might happen – Apple has responded with its own lawsuit.
Apple claims that 13 patents have been infringed and says “Other companies must compete with us by inventing their own technologies, not just by stealing ours”. [Apple statement]
