Apple is taking legal action against Samsung, claiming that a number of Samsung smartphones and the Samsung Galaxy Tab infringe a number of Apple patents and trademarks.
The lawsuit was filed on Friday in the Northern District of California. It claims that the design, user interface and packaging of new Samsung products are based on Apple’s ideas.
