The Carphone Warehouse has published demerger documents explaining how it plans to split its TalkTalk fixed-line voice and broadband business from its retail operations.
If all goes according to plan, it looks as though TalkTalk and the new Carphone Warehouse business will split on Friday 26th March and will start trading as separate companies on Monday 29th March 2010.
