Charles Dunstone sells £35 million of Carphone Warehouse shares

Charles Dunstone, chairman and co-founder of The Carphone Warehouse, has sold around 10% of his shares in the company. He sold 15 million shares on Friday, giving him just over £35 million. He still owns over 29% of Carphone Warehouse shares.

The Financial Times says the shares were sold for "a combination of personal requirements" and were not related to any change in business performance.
