Cisco buys mobile network equipment company
Networking company Cisco is buying Starent Networks, which provides multimedia equipment for mobile network operators. The deal should be concluded by mid-2010, at which point Starent Networks will become Cisco’s Mobile Internet Technology Group. [Press release]
