Consumers are moving towards prepay mobile broadband
Broadband comparison site Broadband Expert says its October's figures are the first to show more customers choosing 'pay as you go' mobile broadband than 'pay monthly' mobile broadband. It says 53% of mobile broadband customers chose prepay deals in October; a trend that had also been spotted by market research company GfK Retail & Technology, which reported 63% of mobile broadband sales on prepaid tariffs in September 2009.
