Dell Mini 3 smartphone going to the USA
Last year Dell debuted its Android-based Mini 3 smartphones on the China Mobile and Claro Brazil networks. Now it's announced a deal that'll put a Mini 3 device on the AT&T network in the United States. Full details should be revealed in the next few months.
