Fox Mobile Group, recently acquired by Jesta Group from News Corporation, is – perhaps unsurprisingly – being renamed as Jesta Digital.
Jason Aintabi - the President of Jesta Group USA - has been appointed as CEO of Jesta Digital, with current COO Mark Anderson continuing in his role.
Jason Aintabi said “This is a very exciting time to be involved in digital entertainment and the mobile sector. I believe that the assets of Jesta Digital are well positioned to take advantage of the growth in mobile entertainment and the digital arenas in which we play a leading role. I look forward to working on a day to day basis with this talented management team and all the employees in our locations around the world.”
