Digital security company Gemalto has acquired machine-to-machine specialist SensorLogic. Full details of the transaction haven’t been revealed.
SensorLogic offers a cloud-based machine-to-machine service delivery platform that enables its customers to build, deploy and manage their own M2M solutions. As a result, businesses can bring their services to market at much less cost than traditional in-house development.
SensorLogic will join the Cinterion M2M module business acquired by Gemalto last year.
