Google acquires VoIP service Gizmo5
Yesterday Google confirmed rumours that it had acquired Voice-over-IP service Gizmo5. The future of the Gizmo5 service and brand is uncertain; Gizmo5 isn’t signing any new customers at the moment, while Google says Gizmo5's engineers will be “joining the Google Voice team to continue improving the Google Voice and Gizmo5 experience”.
