Harriet Harman faces prosecution under 'handsfree law'
Labour party deputy leader the Rt Hon Harriet Harman MP is to be charged following an incident in which she was said to have crashed her car while using a handheld mobile phone. Ms Harman is apparently going to be charged with driving without due care and attention and driving while using a handheld mobile phone.
The incident took place in London on 3rd July 2009; it's reported that Ms Harman refutes the allegations. [Source: Guardian.co.uk; BBC News]
