HTC Corporation and Telefónica have announced that the HTC Smart is coming exclusively to O2 in Germany, Ireland and the United Kingdom. The HTC Smart is an affordable smartphone that runs Qualcomm’s Brew Mobile Platform and the customisable HTC Sense interface. UK availability is expected in April.
The news comes just hours after HTC's Hero Android-powered smartphone won 'best handset' at the Global Mobile Awards 2010 in Barcelona.
