HTC smartphones now cleared by US customs

HTC One seriesThe import delays for HTC phones entering the USA are now over. The new Android-powered HTC One X and HTC EVO 4G LTE had both been held at customs following an ITC exclusion order.

HTC says it’s now completed a review process with US Customs, confirming that its smartphones are in compliance with the ITC’s ruling. Delayed devices have been released and future shipments should continue to enter the US.

“We are confident that we will soon be able to meet the demand for our products”, HTC said in a statement.
