HTC uses BREW OS to create a 'smartphone for the masses'

HTC has today announced the HTC Smart, which it says "defines a new category of
smartphones for the masses". The HTC Smart will be available from the spring and uses the newly-enhanced Qualcomm Brew Mobile Platform as well as HTC's Sense user interface. It has a 2.8-inch touch-sensitive screen, quad-band coverage with 3G HSDPA, a 3 megapixel camera, 256MB RAM and a microSD slot.
