Jeroen Hoencamp to become Vodafone CEO as Guy Laurence leaves

Vodafone UK has announced the successor to Guy Laurence, who’s leaving his CEO role after five years to become President and Chief Executive Officer of Rogers Communications in Canada.

From November, the new Chief Executive of Vodafone UK will be Jeroen Hoencamp. He’s currently Vodafone UK Enterprise Director, having previously held roles at Vodafone Netherlands and Vodafone Ireland.

l have been fighting voafone over a bill since 2010 your staff say they will sort it and phone me back. guess what the last 8 people have not phoned me.l am discussed this has not been sorted by now. l have been black listed with a debt company thanks to you not sorting this out. l am a dissabled lady and when this first become a problem, l had just finished a 5 week stint in hospital. l am appalled how some of your staff have spoken to me on the phone. l am reguarly cut off.

my account no was 287419034/00001 if someone can sort this out perhaps you can phone me on tel 01264354289 l want this sorted you staff reguarly tell me they will sort it. But do not do anything.l have spent pounds on phoning your company and l am well out of pocket. How many more years is it going to take.

Sir,I am having a iphone4 with Vodafone UK carrier.Now i am INDIA trying to contact your team for unlock but i couldn't. My question is how to contact them or they can please give us a ring,surely it would be the GREAT Pleasure to me Sir.Please Since from last 3 months,the same matter is going on.Please Look into the matter SIR.
