Telecoms analyst firm Juniper Research has published its top ten wireless predictions for 2010. Topping the list is an increase in mobile data traffic causing problems for networks. The company also predicts NFC phones arriving on the high street, augmented reality becoming increasingly popular on smartphones – and a new category of 'smartbooks' starting to appear.
